*-Transformation of swage, returned water and  building the

    access road of  Songon copper mine :

-A brief explanation of done jobs:

1-Piping of 11 kilometers pipeline of 450 millimeters width with standard sign of AP15L without any suture.The width of wall is 15 millimeters in order to transfer swages of copper factory from Tinker location and pumping  station in Road1to Silicon station at the end of Road2.

2- Piping of about 6 kilometers pipeline with the width of 600 millimeters spiral and standard sign of AP15L  in order to transfer water  from Head Tank's exit to Silicon Station.

3-Piping of 4.5 kilometers pipeline of 400 millimeters width with standard sign of AP15L without any suture in order totransfer returned water from Head Tank location to Upper Hand Source of Silicon station in Road4.

4-Piping of about 6 kilometers pipeline with the width of 600 millimeters spiral and standard sign of AP15L  in order to transfer water form Pumping Station at the end of Road3 to Head Tank's source.

5-Building a concrete source with a volume of 2500 cubed meters in the junction of roads 1,2,3.

6- Building of access roads (W O R) 2,3 and 4 and repairing of access road 1.The volume of soil based operation is estimated more than 500,000 squared meters in stony and bed rocky lands.

8-Constructing of 6 concrete bridges with lengths of  40 meters in Roads 1,2

9-Constructing of 70 galvanizer machines of single, double and triple pipes in access roads.

10-Curving of 75% of all pipes width indicated sizes which were usually done in -10 centigrade degrees.

Design and implementation of this project in swage transformation of copper factories section has been done for the first time in Middle East and this property made this project one of the best Pipeline projects  in Iran. The contract fee was more than 5 million dollars and 95% of the project is done.
